			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Yes, you are right.<br />The cross section is stiffness automaticly reduced to 1/2 in the begining.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Coef. of cracked wall stiffness&nbsp; =&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; This&nbsp; &nbsp; parameter&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;defines&nbsp; &nbsp; the&nbsp; &nbsp;reduction&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;of&nbsp; initial wall stiffness due to the tensile cracking. The recommended value is 0.50 (see EN 1998-1, Section 4.3.1 (7)). </p><p>How is this parameter taken into account during the calculation. Is the cross section stiffness automaticly reduced to 1/2 in the begining or is this factor included somehow else?</p>]]></content>
